Omaha’s Zoo & Aquarium Celebrates Eugenia’s and Sonny’s First Birthday

Omaha’s Zoo and Aquarium invites the public to join us in celebrating Eugenia’s and Sonny’s first birthdays. The public birthday party for both one-year-old African elephant calves will be Saturday, January 21, at 10:30 a.m. in the Elephant Family Quarters. Watson, an Interactive Animal Program Favorite, Announces Retirement from Omaha’s Zoo - Plus Holiday Fun at the Zoo -

Watson, a wire-haired terrier mix, who has been a favorite of the Interactive Animal Program (IAP) at Omaha’s Zoo and Aquarium, will retire on Dec. 30, 2022. Watson retires after almost 10 years of service as an Animal Ambassador and leaving countless pawprints on the hearts of the community, Zoo volunteers and staff.
