Please allow extra time in your travels to Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium. Routes on I-80 may be changed due to construction.

To help navigate your way to the Zoo with as much ease as possible, please utilize the following tips:

• Come earlier in the day, or later in the afternoon. 
• Come Monday-Thursday, which are less busy days.
• Enter the Zoo from the south, accessible via 13th Street. 
• Enter the Zoo from the north by utilizing the Martha Street Exit.
• If Zoo guests are staying in a nearby hotel, the hotel may offer a shuttle ride to the Zoo.
• Carpool with your family and friends to minimize parking needs.
• Take public transportation.
• Ride a bike; the Zoo has multiple bike racks near its Main Entrance. 

Although no routes to Omaha’s Zoo and Aquarium are currently closed, construction may affect Zoo guests’ commute. For more information on construction in the area, visit the 13th Street Interchange page on Nebraska Department of Transportation.
