Education

Accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquarium, Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium goes beyond the basic standards with 15 certified teachers and informal science educators on staff. There are also 60 part-time staff and more than 450 adult and youth volunteers. The combined efforts of our staff and volunteers creates streamlined programs targeted at science, math and nature.
