Description:

Bring out your inner yogi and strike a pose at Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium. Lotus House of Yoga will help you take a moment to paws and reflect while exercising your mind and body during special themed classes throughout the year.

Pre-registration is required for all events. Attendees must be at least 16 years old (unless otherwise noted) and bring their own yoga mat, water bottle and any other necessary equipment.

  • Class will focus on energizing your heart and self-empowerment.
  • For Valentine’s Day, welcome mimosa and juice served to event attendees.
  • Open to anyone over the age of 16.
  • Must provide your own mat, towel and water bottle.
  • Ticket includes admission to the Zoo the day of your class.

During this event, face masks are required, per the current Douglas County Health Department mandate. Mask can be removed when performing the excersizes on your own mat.
