Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium will be OPEN on Thanksgiving Day with special hours. For the holiday, the Zoo will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 26, to allow Zoo employees to celebrate Thanksgiving with their families. Durham TreeTops Restaurant and the Gift Shop will be open on Thursday, but concessions, rides, and the Lozier Giant Screen Theater will be closed. Buildings and grounds will close at 3 p.m.

Regular Zoo operating hours will resume on Friday, November 27.

Wildlife Safari Park in Ashland, NE will also be open for the holiday weekend! The Park will be closed on Thanksgiving, but open Friday, November 27 through Sunday, November 29 with hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. The Visitor's Center will be closed.
