Join our lead scientist and hoofstock keepers to learn about the rhino-sized effort they are undertaking to transform how Asian and African rhino populations are managed for sustainability within our nation’s zoos. Discover the novel science that is being developed and applied to remedy difficulties with rhino reproduction and their limited gene diversity. Visitors will have the opportunity to virtually visit our research lab and rhino barn to see how collaboration is key to conserving rhinos.
This program will take place via Zoom. Connection is easy. All you need is a computer or mobile device, audio and internet connection, or cellular service. A Zoom link will be sent out by email prior to the program.
Ticket price: $20 per device connection/$15 per member device connection
