Baja Mexico

May 29 - June 12, 2012

Dive into a life-changing adventure with Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium!  This year we will travel to beautiful Espiritu Santo Island and La Paz Baja California Sur, Mexico.  During the first week of camp (May 29-June 2) students will be given the opportunity to shadow animal care staff and learn about the ocean and marine animals.  The second week of camp (June 5-12) will be spent on the island of Espiritu Santo where you will snorkel with marine mammals, survey coral reefs, free-dive, experience the culture, and kayak!

This trip is open to educators and students (high school and older).

Cost is $3,000 and includes airfare, transportation, lodging, food, and snorkel equipment.

Registrations due December 31, 2011 along with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit.
