Please bring a sack lunch. Cost is $50.00 per child. One-day camps are from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (unless otherwise noted).

Big Cats – Back by popular demand! Join the lion’s pride and learn about tigers, leopards, cheetahs and other felines at the Zoo.  Pounce on this opportunity before it fills up!

Swamp Thing
– Travel to the swamp without leaving the Zoo to learn about creatures that call it home.  Explore snakes, crocodiles, beavers, and more!

Summer Santa
– Enrich the lives of animals at the Zoo by making them toys! We’ll have a blast learning about animal antics and lengths we go to here at the Zoo to keep them happy!

Primate Party – Monkey around while learning at the same time!  Discover the differences between monkeys and apes, observe behavior, and learn how to protect them from extinction.

OH Baby! – Joeys, foals, chicks, hatchlings – join us as we learn about animal babies!  Take a closer look at some of the Zoo’s cutest, new additions and discover how they are cared for.

Junior Zookeeper – So you think you want to be a zookeeper?  Join us for this exciting camp where we will discover what it takes to be in this field.  Students will learn about animal nutrition, veterinary care, enrichment and cleaning in specific areas.  Please wear old clothes.  Students will not have direct contact with animals.  This day camp is only offered for children ages 8-12.
