Calicivirus causes an upper respiratory disease characterized by discharge from the nose and eyes as well as excessive salivation and oral ulcers. It has proven to be fatal in some tiger cubs. This trial will help to determine the probable efficacy of a calicivirus vaccine in tigers. Pre- and post- vaccination tigers will be measured.
